Well, enough of the cold temps and ice along with last weeks cold rain.... we now have several days of upper 50's and low 60's for highs and quite a bit of sunshine to heat up the water. Most fishing reports have been spotty with tight groups of fish wether it be bass, crappie or walleye. If your in the right area, fish will be caught but move too far and nothing bites.
I've have had a few of the good days mostly cranking a crawdad colored wiggle wart or rock crawler but spotty on other baits. Water temp is 46-48 degrees from the main lake to up river.
This past weekend was opening of paddlefish snagging season which runs a month and most target the upper James River above Cape Fair.
I'll be updating this blog from time to time, if I could do it Sundays that is my goal!!! #Lewsreels #Tablerocklakefishing.com #Undergroundrodcompany #Viciousfishing #Jakkedbaits #Chomperssoftplastics
